EMBROIDERY COMMISSION REQUEST

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • I have 0 open slot(s) for the month of April.

  • I only accept landscape commissions.

  • Currently, my completed embroideries measure approximately 3.5 inches when mounted on the final hoop (I am open to idea of creating larger pieces, so please specify in your message if you would like a different size).

  • When commissioning an embroidery, you confirm that you like my style of work, trust my artistic abilities to produce your vision, and approve my creative freedom throughout the process.

  • All sales are final.

PROCESS:

  • After you submit the form, it takes me a few days to process responses. If I haven't reached out within 7 days, unfortunately I won't be able to take on your commission at this time.

  • Once your request is approved, I will start by researching your submitted location before gathering additional inspiration for the piece, and as soon as I have a general idea of the design, I will consult with you to make sure you like the direction I am taking.

  • Make sure to provide me with all necessary information, references, preferences, etc. before I start, because, although I will touch base around the midway point to show you how things are coming along, I don't offer step-by-step updates during the creation, or alterations after the piece is complete. 

  • It will take me up to 5 weeks to complete the piece from the day the payment is received.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING:

  • When the details of the piece are agreed upon (subject matter/size), I will let you know the price.

  • I charge in full the day I am ready to begin working on it.

  • All payments are accepted via PayPal.

  • Shipping and insurance costs will be covered by you, and will be included in the final price.

  • I will send you the finished artwork via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Package International, depending on your location.

I DO NOT OFFER:

  • People or pet portraits

  • Still lifes

  • Replications of my past works

  • Multiple commissions per submission

  • Waitlists
