Original Works

Original works are shipped out within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are set at separate flat rates for both domestic and international orders, and those fees include the carrier cost, packaging, and shipping insurance. I ship original embroideries worldwide.

Carrier

Domestic: USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days), insurance is included in the shipping costs, and a signature upon delivery is required.

International: USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days, not including possible delays due to customs), insurance is included in the shipping costs, and a signature upon delivery is required.

Duties & Taxes

International shipping prices do not include the landed costs (additional duties, taxes- including VAT, and fees that are imposed for shipments crossing international borders by the importing country's government), and are the responsibility of the buyer.

To avoid any surprise fees upon delivery, international buyers may request an estimate of those possible landed costs before purchasing, by sending your full mailing address to me through my contact page. All sales of original embroideries are final so I do recommend getting an estimate beforehand.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
